This section is dedicated to pictures of of the T-28 medium tank. The pictures here are all authentic and were taken at the time the vehicle was in service. We will put descriptions with as many of the pictures as we can so that a greater understanding of the T-28 can be gained.
An abandoned T-28 In this picture you can see a squad of German soldiers sitting on an abandoned T-28 tank. The tank's three turrets are clearly visible, but the two machine guns in the forward turrets have already been removed. This picture was probably taken in Winter 1941. |

Side view of an abandoned T-28 Here you can see a detailed side view of a T-28 tank with two standing Germans on it to show its immense size. Hull details, panels, and spare road wheels can also be seen. The picture gives no indication of when or where it was taken, but it was probably early in the campaign. |
